Growth Mindset
In PersonA practical workshop designed to help employees develop a growth mindset, the belief that abilities and skills can be developed through learning, effort, feedback, and experience. Participants will explore how their mindset influences the way they respond to challenges, mistakes, feedback, and change. Through relatable examples and practical exercises, they will learn to recognize fixed-mindset patterns and develop more adaptive ways of thinking and working. The workshop aims to build resilience, learning agility, openness to feedback, and a willingness to experiment, helping employees approach challenges as opportunities for growth rather than threats to their competence.
Ankur Oberai
About the Facilitator
I design learning experiences that go beyond the usual corporate training playbook. My sessions combine psychology, storytelling, Eastern wisdom, and fresh, engaging activities that people actually remember. I strike a balance between fun and serious learning... keeping people involved without turning the session into pure entertainment. The goal isn’t just to understand an idea, but to create deeper behavioral change that lasts beyond the room.
