Cancellation & Refund Policy

If a registered participant wishes to cancel their enrolment, the following refund structure will apply based on the notice period provided before the scheduled start date of the training program:

Participants may send a substitute in their place with prior written notification. Transfer of registration to a different program is subject to availability and approval.

In the event that Pune Training Company cancels a scheduled program due to insufficient registrations, logistical issues, or other operational reasons:

• Registered participants will receive a 100% refund of the fees paid, or the option to transfer to a future program of equal value.
• If a program is rescheduled, all existing registrations will be automatically carried forward to the new date unless a refund is requested.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 working days from the date of cancellation approval.
• Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment used at the time of registration.
• All cancellation requests must be communicated via email to info@punetrainingcompany.com.

Pune Training Company shall not be held liable for cancellations or delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances.

In such cases, participants will be offered the option of rescheduling to a future date or receiving a credit for a future program.
