Program Overview
Executive Presence & Image Management: One-on-One Coaching Your capabilities matter. But how you communicate, carry yourself, manage your professional image and build trust also influence how others experience your value. This personalised one-on-one coaching programme is designed for early-career professionals, first-time managers and mid-level professionals preparing for leadership roles. It helps bridge the gap between professional capability and the way that capability is perceived, communicated and experienced by others. The programme combines Executive Presence, Image Management, Communication Skills and Personality Development to help individuals become more self-aware, confident and effective in their professional interactions. Through an individualised coaching approach, participants explore four interconnected dimensions: • Executive Presence: Develop greater awareness of verbal and non-verbal communication, body language, voice, confidence and the behaviours that influence professional credibility. • Image Management: Understand how clothing, fit, colour, grooming, personal style and context contribute to professional perception. Build an authentic professional image aligned with individual strengths, workplace expectations and career aspirations. • Communication & Interpersonal Effectiveness: Practise expressing ideas clearly, listening actively, contributing in meetings, handling challenging conversations and adapting communication to different people and situations. • Personal Branding & Professional Impact: Identify strengths, articulate professional value, recognise behavioural patterns and develop practical ways to build visibility, credibility and trust. Unlike a generic training programme, this coaching experience is tailored to the participant's role, personality, goals, workplace challenges and development priorities. It combines guided reflection, practical exercises, workplace scenarios, individual feedback and action planning to move beyond conceptual understanding towards meaningful behavioural change. The coaching journey begins with an assessment of current strengths and development areas. Together, we identify specific goals, such as communicating more confidently in meetings, presenting ideas with greater impact, aligning professional image with career aspirations or preparing for leadership responsibilities. Participants practise relevant situations, receive feedback and develop actionable strategies to apply their learning at work. Progress is reviewed against agreed development goals, with attention to observable changes in communication, professional presentation and workplace interactions. The programme is suitable for professionals who want to grow without losing their individuality. The intention is not to change who you are, but to help you understand how you come across, make conscious choices about your professional presence and ensure your capabilities are communicated effectively. The outcome is a more intentional and authentic approach to professional presence, supported by practical skills, greater self-awareness and a personalised development plan for continued growth.
