Your session on 21 Dec 2019 was a life changing event for me. I found answers to some of the questions that were bothering me for many years. I always felt a sense of void in my life and the reason for the void was revealed to me when I underwent the 'Life as a system' exercise. I was able to clearly put an order to priorities in life and many things became clear to me as I answered a few questions like 1 Crore to spend, Long last friend, Last time i felt.. etc., Mind map session was very enjoyable as was the 15 min meditation exercise. How to achieve peak performance? Optimum Health, Mental Agility, Deep Work and Flow state of Mind Concepts were very useful. I refer to my notes of the session very often and find the learnings highly impactful and very relevant.
I attended the 'Train the Trainer' program facilitated by Arun & it was one of the best training I have attended so far. It was not just the information provided, but also the way it was diluted that made the training so effective. The personalized solutions provided were very practical & easily implementable. The feedback sessions were very helpful. I feel I would be much more confident in conducting training in the future.
