We ran two batches of Swaasti's manager communication program at our India delivery centre. Twenty-six first-time managers attended. By week three, something had visibly shifted in how those managers were running their team meetings. Less announcing, more asking. Two senior leaders noticed the change and flagged it without being prompted. She built the program around our actual friction points, not a template. That specificity is what made the difference.
We brought Swaasti in to work with our frontline relationship managers. They knew the product well but were losing confidence in client conversations. She spent time understanding our context before designing anything. Four weeks in, branch managers were reporting changes without being asked for feedback. The team was initiating client conversations differently and handling objections with more composure. She understood banking context well enough that we never had to over-explain the environment to her.
Finding someone who can run a communication program across engineering, operations and sales profiles without making it feel generic is difficult. Swaasti managed it. She ran a three-day intervention for our mid-level leaders, and the feedback was the strongest we have received from any external program in two years. Practical, focused on situations our managers actually face, no unnecessary theory padded in.
I was working in clinical research in Australia. Professionally effective, but invisible in high-stakes conversations at work. I reached out to Swaasti for individual coaching. We worked across several sessions on communication, professional presence, and how I was coming across in rooms that mattered. Four months later when I visited India, people in my own team noticed a change without me saying anything. I had not expected results that specific from a coaching engagement.
Our India team was technically strong but struggled in business conversations with US stakeholders. Swaasti built a program specifically around that gap rather than using a standard cross-cultural module. Twelve weeks in, the quality of written and verbal communication from the team improved measurably. Participation from our India team leads in client calls went from mostly passive to active. She built around the dynamics we described, not around a preset framework.
We were scaling fast and communication across functions was starting to break down in ways that were subtle but costly. Swaasti ran a structured eight-week engagement with our team. The shift was visible in how team leads handled cross-functional conversations and flagged blockers before they became problems. Three months after the program ended, the team still references frameworks she introduced. That is not something I can say about most training we have invested in.
