I'm a certified 'Prevention of Sexual Harassment at Workplace' trainer, having worked in this field right since the PoSH law was introduced in 2013. I have trained employees, ICC members and senior managers; helping organizations establish PoSH policies. I have also been an external ICC member at various MNCs. Creating equitable workplace is a passion for me. An engineer by profession, I've had a successful corporate career in India, also in Europe and USA. I now serve as a board member.
