How claiming a profile works
Sign in to your account
Use the email and password you registered with. No account yet? Create one first — it only takes a minute.
Sign in →Verify your email address
Check your inbox for a verification link from PTC. You must verify before you can submit a claim.
Search the trainer directory
Type your name in the search box below. We search by name only — your email is never used to look you up.
Confirm it's you
Find your profile in the results and click "This is me". Your claim is sent to the PTC team immediately.
PTC reviews your claim
Our team manually verifies every claim, usually within 1–2 business days. You'll see a "Claim pending" status in the meantime.
Get your trainer dashboard
Once approved you'll receive an email and your trainer dashboard will unlock — edit your profile, manage engagements, and more.
