To Ensure Compliance in every sector, the Govt of India has issued a circular mandating that all employees be made aware and adhere to the law of the act. The recent supreme court judgement in the case of Aurelia vs State of Goa May,2023, has reiterated that the duties of the employer as mentioned in section 19 of the Act, should be adhered to by all establishments in India

Sneha Kala is a Govt-Certified POSH Consultant, a DEI & Belonging Advanced Practitioner, a TEDx Speaker, and an experienced trainer with 15 years of experience in Training Design & Delivery, Teaching, Media Operations & Administration. Sneha is a recognised authority in workplace safety laws, specifically the Sexual Harassment of Women at the Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition, and Redressal) Act 2013. She holds a government empanelment as a resource person in this domain. With a mission to ensure workplace safety and promote gender neutrality, she has successfully trained over 12,000 employees from diverse sectors. Her ultimate goal is to advocate for equality for everyone. She believes in experiential learning and thus uses facilitation & various aspects of storytelling in her programs The industries she has served so far include Jewellery, Retail, Pharmacy, Aviation, Educational Institutes, and Telecom & IT.
