Terms of Service
The agreement between you and Pune Training Company.
Version 2026-08-15 · Effective 15 August 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of punetrainingcompany.com and the services offered on it (the “Platform”), operated by Pune Training Company Pvt Ltd (“PTC”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By creating an account, signing in, or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
1. Who may use the Platform
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. If you register on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind that organisation to these Terms, and “you” means both you and that organisation.
2. Your account
- Provide accurate, current information and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your password confidential. Tell us promptly at info@punetrainingcompany.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
- Do not share an account between people, or create an account for someone else without their permission.
- Trainer profiles and programs may require review and approval by PTC before they appear publicly. We may approve, decline, or ask for changes at our discretion.
3. What PTC does — and does not do
PTC is a platform that helps organisations, trainers and learners find each other. We publish trainer profiles and program listings, let organisations post training requirements, and let trainers respond to them.
PTC is not a party to the training engagement itself, and does not employ the trainers listed on the Platform. Any contract for training services is between the organisation or learner and the trainer. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, legality or outcome of any program, nor the accuracy of information a trainer or organisation provides about themselves. We review profiles for plausibility, not as a professional accreditation or background check.
4. If you are a trainer
- Describe your credentials, experience and qualifications truthfully. Do not claim certifications, employers or client engagements you cannot substantiate.
- You are responsible for delivering programs you accept, and for holding any registrations, licences or insurance your work requires.
- Proposals you submit against a training requirement are commitments you should be able to honour. Withdrawing repeatedly after being shortlisted may lead to suspension.
- Where a listing fee or subscription applies, the applicable amount is shown before you commit. Listing fees pay for placement, not for any guaranteed volume of enquiries or bookings.
- You may upload media and documents to your profile. Only upload material you own or are licensed to use.
5. If you are an organisation
- Describe training requirements accurately, including budget and scope where stated.
- Proposals, shortlists and commercial terms shared with you through the Platform are confidential to your organisation. Do not redistribute a trainer’s rates or proposal outside it.
- You are responsible for your own selection decisions and for any agreement you enter into with a trainer.
- If you host or co-host a program, or list a venue, the information you publish must be accurate and you must have the right to offer that venue.
6. Programs, registration and attendance
Program details — dates, timings, venue, fees, facilitator — are set by the organiser and may change. We pass on changes we are told about, but cannot guarantee a program will run as listed or run at all. Registering for a program does not guarantee a place until the organiser confirms it.
7. Fees, payments and refunds
- Fees payable are shown before you commit. Unless stated otherwise, amounts are in Indian Rupees and exclusive of applicable taxes.
- Some payments are made outside the Platform and confirmed by uploading proof of payment. A registration marked as pending is not confirmed until we verify that proof. Submitting a false or altered payment confirmation will result in immediate suspension.
- Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
8. Feedback and ratings
Attendees may be invited to give feedback on a program. Feedback should be honest and based on genuine experience. Do not submit feedback for a program you did not attend, offer incentives for positive feedback, or submit feedback about a competitor.
We may moderate, withhold or remove feedback that is abusive, defamatory, off-topic or appears manipulated. Trainers may raise a dispute about feedback concerning them; we will review it and our decision on publication is final.
9. Content you provide
You keep ownership of everything you upload. You grant PTC a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce and display that content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Platform, including showing your public profile or program listing to visitors and in PTC marketing material. This licence ends when you remove the content, except for copies retained in backups or where we must keep records by law.
You confirm you have the rights to everything you upload, and that it does not infringe anyone else’s intellectual property, privacy or confidentiality.
10. PTC’s intellectual property
The Platform, its design, branding, text and software are owned by PTC or its licensors. You may not copy, scrape, resell or create derivative works from the Platform or its contents without our written permission. Automated collection of trainer or organisation data from the Platform is prohibited.
11. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Impersonate any person or organisation, or misrepresent your affiliation.
- Post unlawful, misleading, discriminatory, obscene or harassing material.
- Use the Platform to send unsolicited marketing, or to harvest contact details for use elsewhere.
- Interfere with the Platform’s operation, attempt to gain unauthorised access, probe its security, or circumvent any access control.
- Use the Platform for anything other than its intended purpose.
12. Privacy and analytics
Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and why, and forms part of these Terms. In particular, we use analytics and session-replay tools — including Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity — to record how the Platform is used, such as clicks, scrolling and navigation, so we can improve it. Signed-in pages and sign-in, sign-up and password pages are masked so their content is not captured, and pages reached through a one-time email link are not recorded at all. By using the Platform you agree to this use of analytics.
13. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the Platform available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend or withdraw features, and may carry out maintenance without notice where necessary.
14. Suspension and termination
You may close your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these Terms, is used fraudulently, or exposes PTC or its users to legal risk. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will tell you why and give you a chance to respond. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including content licence, intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, indemnity and governing law — will continue to apply.
15. Disclaimers
The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that listings are accurate, that a training requirement will attract proposals, or that a program will meet your expectations.
16. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, PTC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data, goodwill or business opportunity, arising from your use of the Platform or from any dealing between you and another user.
Our total aggregate liability to you for all claims in any twelve-month period is limited to the total amount you paid PTC in that period, or ₹10,000, whichever is higher. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
17. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify PTC against claims, losses and reasonable legal costs arising from your breach of these Terms, your content, or your dealings with another user of the Platform.
18. Disputes between users
Disagreements about a training engagement — delivery, payment, quality — are between the parties to it. We are not obliged to mediate, though we may assist and may take account of a pattern of complaints when deciding whether an account should remain on the Platform.
19. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Pune, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any right you have as a consumer to bring proceedings where you live.
20. Changes to these Terms
These Terms are versioned. Each version keeps its own permanent address, so you can always read the exact version you accepted. If we make a material change we will publish a new version and ask you to accept it; continuing to use the Platform after a change means you accept the current version.
21. Contact us
Questions or grievances about these Terms can be sent to info@punetrainingcompany.com. We aim to acknowledge within 48 hours and resolve within 30 days.
